About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with direct Avaloq experience to join our delivery team in the Philippines. You will work on client engagements across Avaloq customisation, configuration, and implementation projects within the financial services sector.
This role suits someone who has worked inside an Avaloq environment and is comfortable taking ownership of technical delivery tasks with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Avaloq customisation and configuration work across client engagements
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, and solution reviews
- Develop and maintain integrations with Avaloq systems
- Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing activities
- Produce clear technical documentation and handover materials
- Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite
- Proven track record in Avaloq customisation or implementation projects
- Strong understanding of banking and wealth management business processes
- Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks
- Good communication skills and experience working with client teams
Good to have
- Avaloq Certified Core Professional (ACCP) certification
- Experience with Avaloq integration frameworks and API layers
- Familiarity with Java or Python in a banking context
- Prior experience working in a banking or financial services environment
